Travel and Transportation

All travel is the responsibility of the participants.

If traveling by air, we suggest using the Burbank airport (12.5 miles) rather than LAX (30 miles) if it fits with your schedule and budget. Transport from the airport to Pasadena may be arranged with Prime Time Shuttle or Super Shuttle. Please contact shuttle services directly to arrange for your individual needs. Carnegie is an easy walk from the Fuller Guest Center.

If traveling by car, there is ample free parking at Carnegie and the Fuller Guest Center.

Meals

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on all three days of the workshop. Dinner will be served at Carnegie Observatories on August 4th following the colloquium. Participants will be responsible for all other meals.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions.

Hotel

Housing will be provided at the conveniently located Fuller Guest Center . Once your attendance for the conference is confirmed, accomadations will be booked for you directly by Carnegie Observatories.

There is no need for guests to contact the Fuller directly.
