Workshop Goals

This meeting will have 25 invited guests to facilitate focused, productive discussions. In the last few years there have been a number of exciting developments in the study of SNe Ia both observationally and theoretically, so it's an ideal time to bring these groups together. Topics to be focused on include:

- Type Ia progenitor models and observational implications and constraints

- New results on early light curves and spectra

- Circumstellar and other velocity features

- Subclasses of SNe Ia and their relation to progenitor models

- Late time observations from the nebular to remnant phases

This workshop will feature a colloquium given by Mark Phillips.
